Complete installation instructions are included on the CD images.
This product does not require a license server; however, registration is required.

Note: I do not recommend this version.
ArcView is NOT the same as ArcGIS.
ArcGis provides more features for the same disk space.
All you need for ArcGis is a $30 hardware key.

Installing ArcView

Save a single file above to an EMPTY temporary directory.
Execute (double click!) the just saved file to recreate the install CD-ROM image
You can now delete the cdxxxx.exe file just executed or save it for another installation.
Execute the just created SETUP.EXE to install the product.
You can delete all files and sub-directories in the temporary directory after installation.
Registration numbers needed are in the file regcodes.txt.
