Ring 2 Cleveland to Youngstown 10 gigE upgrade-- Cleveland site

DESCRIPTION:
OARnet optical engineers will be performing 10gigE software upgrades on Ring 2 between Cleveland and Youngstown at the Cleveland site. This will involve removing a loop plug and inserting a pair of fiber jumpers from the DCU. Then there will be a quick Metro Planner software upload. OARnet Ring 2 client should be protected and should not see any downtime, except for a very brief switch hit.
