RESOLVED: Outage at TNC Facility 10/27/2008

OARnet clients with Time Warner connections into the Telecom Network Center POP located on The Ohio State University campus experienced an outage on 10/27/2008 between 1:45 and 2:30 PM. The outage was caused by a failed UPS module. All clients affected by this outage received a telephone call when the outage was resolved.
