DESCRIPTION:
Engineers from Buckeye Telesystems need to replace a circuit card in Findlay, Ohio. The current card is in a state that does not allow automatic failover. The card replacement will be done between 1 AM and 2 AM 11/21/08 and downtime should be less than five minutes. Clients directly impacted by this work have received email notification.
