Our video services include connecting up conferences or classes and monitoring the equipment running those classes to make sure they remain connected. We do not troubleshoot networking issues for non-OSC Network member conference or class participants.

For special conferences where “on queue” screen or layout changes require a dedicated staff member to specifically monitor the conference, these will be handled on a case by case basis.

The OSC Networking Support Center (NOC) also serves as the Internet 2 Commons Video NOC. For more information on Internet 2 Commons video services, please visit commons.internet2.edu.
