7. Test case and Validation

As a sample test case, chemical species concentrations over the Indian region are calculated using the MM5 and HANK software for February 2, 2000, 03:00 hrs (GMT) to February 9, 2000, 00:00 hours (GMT). Figure 2 shows the grid and land distribution for the region considered for computer simulation.

Numbers 2, 3, 7, 9, 12, and 13 in Figure 2 indicate the physical condition of the area as given in Table 1.
