We have also ported the popular benchmark tool, Apache Bench (ab). In addition to porting to software iWARP, AB has been modified to include MPI calls so it can be run on multiple clients. MPI is only used as a coordination mechanism to start all clients at the same time, gather statistics and coordinate output. Note some flavor of MPI is required to compile the code as is. |
