Supported Transport Types As of now the only supported transport types is the server-writes for the GET request. At times code in various stages of functionality will be included for supporting client-reads, and eventually the POST request. We also intend to support SSL, which requires further tinkering with the inner workings of Apache. A recent modification that we have included is the capability to use RDMA Sendfile. This provides a way to avoid data copies and efficiently send file data. RDMA Sendfile is available as a separate package from OSC. For further information see www.osc.edu/~dennis/mod_rdma. |
