New version of ACML libraries installed

DESCRIPTION:
Version 4.3.0 of the ACML libraries have been installed on the IBM 1350 Linux Cluster at OSC. These can be accessed by loading the appropriate version for your compiler with the modules command.

On January 4, 2010, the default version of the ACML libraries will be changed to 4.3.0. On January 19, 2010, version 3.6.0 will be removed from our system.
