HMMER

Introduction

Profile hidden Markov models (profile HMMs) can be used to do sensitive database searching using statistical descriptions of a sequence family's consensus.

Version

Version 2.3.2 is currently available at OSC.

Availability

HMMER is available on the Glenn Cluster.

Usage

To use commands in Hmmer package, load the module for Hmmer:

module load biosoftw
module load hmmer-2.3.2
