LSINGRID

Introduction

LSINGRID is a general purpose pre-processor for the programs, LSNIKE2D, LSNIKE, LSDYNA2D, LSDYNA, and TOAPZ3D. It can be used as a simple translator to convert various databases to these programs. In addition, it is a general-purpose thee-dimensional mesh generator with considerable capability to deal with complex geometries and allows for parametric geometric modeling.

Availability

LSINGRID is available on the Itanium 2 Cluster.

Usage

LSINGRID is run via the lsingrid command, which is in the default execution path. To use it, enter:

lsingrid options

At startup LSINGRID displays a menu requesting information about the graphics used.
