Conditions of Use for Gaussian Software
	on Ohio Supercomputer Center Computers by External Users

In accordance with Paragraph 5 of the License to Use Agreements between
the Ohio State University, on behalf of its Ohio Supercomputer Center, and
Gaussian, Inc., Gaussian has directed the Ohio Supercomputer Center to require
external users to acknowledge these access restrictions.

1.  External users may access only binary versions of Gaussian.

2.  External users may not use Gaussian in any way that will compete with
the business of Gaussian or provides assistance to any competitor of Gaussian.

3.  External users will be identified to Gaussian on a quarterly basis.
