Agreement for non-OSU/OSC use of Matlab DCS at the Ohio Supercomputer Center

The below identified user certifies that he meets the following requirements:

The user's institution has valid licenses for Matlab and various toolkits
including Mathworks Parallel Computing Toolbox, and is accessing Matlab at 
OSC only through the Distributed Computing Server (DCS).

The software is restricted to use solely by degree-granting educational 
institutions and for non commercial academic use by their faculty, academic 
staff, and students.  The right to use the Programs for any other purpose is 
expressly prohibited.

The user is located in the United States.
