OMB

OSU Micro-Benchmarks tests are a collection of MPI performance tests to measure the latency, bandwidth, and other properties of MPI libraries.

Availability and Restrictions

Versions

The following versions of OMB are available on OSC clusters:

You can use module spider omb to view available modules for a given machine. Feel free to contact OSC Help if you need other versions for your work.

Usage

Usage on Owens

Set-up

To configure your environment for use of OMB, run the following command: module load omb. The default version will be loaded. To select a particular OMB version, use module load omb/version.

Set-up
