Community software refers to software that is developed, maintained, and supported by a community of OSC users and developers. This includes open-source projects, shared repositories, and internally developed tools within an organization. The goal of hosting community software at OSC is to provide a well-maintained and comprehensive software stack tailored to specific research fields.
The Microbiome Platform provides end-to-end support for microbiome science projects—from guidance on experimental design, to DNA/RNA extraction and sequencing, to customized analysis of microbiome data.
