FY26 pricing will remain the same for all existing services. You can view the current pricing when creating a new budget in MyOSC, under the 'Budget Estimator Tool'.
If you use OSC for research, you will need to set up FY26 budgets if you have not already done so. It may be helpful to review a video explaining how to create and manage budgets. If you have any questions about billing, contact your institution representative or contact OSC Help.
Do the following to create your budget for each project you want to use in FY26:
To review your FY25 usage, PIs and project admins can log into MyOSC and go to "Projects -> Billing Statements" in the menu and select "Current FY Billed and Un-Billed Usage (estimated)" to see the total usage from July 1, 2024, until today without applicable credits or discounts. You can use this information to estimate your projected FY26 usage. PIs can also utilize the OSCusage command.
All the currently active classroom projects will expire on June 30, 2025 and the classroom project will be restricted on July 1.
If you plan to run classroom projects at OSC this summer, please contact OSC Help at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruptions to your classroom activities.
Classroom projects will not be billed under the Ohio academic fee structure; all fees will be fully discounted at the time of billing.
Campus Champion projects will expire on June 30, 2025. If you are interested in continuing in FY26, please contact OSC Help.
OSC will automatically issue the $1,000 annual research credit for FY26 to Ohio academic PIs when their project becomes activated. Any remaining FY25 credits will expire on June 30, 2025.
In exchange for your credit in FY26, please assist OSC by reporting your publications, funding and student successes. Your reports provide data we can use to help justify continuing state support and argue for expanded subsidies. Report your publications and funding on MyOSC.
If you are not an Ohio academic user, no action is required; OSC manages budgets for you (or has set unlimited budgets for your projects).
