The OSC Help Desk will be closed for winter recess from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Thursday, January 1, 2026. During this period:
- Computing and storage services will remain fully operational.
- Support requests will be addressed after the Help Desk reopens on Friday, January 2, 2026.
Action for professors:
If you are preparing spring class sessions, please submit project/budget requests ahead of time to avoid any disruption during the closure.
Virtual office hours in December:
To assist with one-on-one consultations before the break, we will host virtual office hours on:
- Dec. 3, 10, and 17
- Time: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. (Wednesdays)

- Topics: Account and project maintenance, budget requests, basic batch processing, data management, or any OSC-related questions.
