The Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) is experiencing an email delivery problem with several types of messages from MyOSC. 

OnDemand has NOT been working with external providers since 08/22

Updates on 9:40AM August 23, 2017: this issue has been resolved.

Issue:

User can NOT login to OnDemand (ondemand.osc.edu) with external providers like ohio state, google after yesterday's downtime (August 22, 2017) and gets an error message as below

"Error: OpenID Connect Provider error: Error in handling response type."

Workaround:

User can use his/her OSC HPC account directly to login to OnDemand. If going to ondemand takes you directly to the external providing login page you'll need to delete some browser cookies. Go to https://cilogon.org/me/ and 'Delete ALL' to clear everything and try it again.
