Scheduling temporarily suspended on Oakley

We are migrating the batch scheduler on Oakley to a new virtual machine. In order to accomplish this, the scheduler will be temporarily offline for about four hours on December 16th. Running jobs will be uneffected, but new jobs cannot be submitted, jobs waiting in the queue will not be scheduled, and job status cannot be retrieved. We expect full service to resume by approximately 2PM.

UPDATE 12/16 12:47PM: Regular scheduling on Oakley has been returned to service.
