Parallel R at OSC

OSC will host a workshop on how to run parallel R jobs on December 2, 2021, from 2:00PM to 5:00PM. This workshop will cover topics such as:

  1. How to access R and RStudio at OSC

  2. Running R using Rstudio OnDemand App vs Terminal App

  3. How to install R packages locally as well as details on packages available for multi-core and multi-node parallelism

  4. Hands-on examples for running parallel R

This is a virtual hands-on workshop and attendance will be limited.

Method of Delivery: Slide presentation, hands-on exercises, and open discussion.
