OSC will hold a webinar on introduction to logistic regression with R on March 23, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

 

Topics to be covered:

  1. Logistic regression as a generalized linear model

  2. Interpretation of logistic regression coefficients (log odds ratios)

  3. The drop-in-deviance test

  4. Making predictions

 

Prerequisites:

While there are no prerequisites for this webinar, a basic understanding of statistical concepts such as probability distributions; and a basic understanding of programming concepts of variables or objects will make it easier to comprehend presented content.

 

Method of Delivery: Slide presentation, hands-on exercises, and open discussion.
