OnDemand Shell App Not Working in Firefox 148

We are aware of an issue where the OnDemand Shell app is not functioning in Firefox 148.

mpi4py and mpich2 packages removed from python

The mpi4py and mpich2 packages have been removed from python (anaconda) on Oakley and Ruby.
