OSC's powerful new HP/Intel system is named for Ruby Dee, the Ohio-born actress, author and social advocate, and it will help broaden and deepen computational research across the state.
Ohio Board of Regents Chancellor John Carey, OSC and OARnet Executive Director Pankaj Shah and Statewide Users Group Chair Dr. Thomas Beck will deliver a few brief remarks. Following their comments, you are welcome to tour the OSC suite on the 4th Floor of the State of Ohio Computing Center, where you can have an up-close introduction to our Ruby, Oakley and Glenn supercomputer systems.
In addition to registering below, you also must bring a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or a visa. If you don't remember to bring one, you cannot be admitted to the building.
