GLOBUS OUTAGE 11AM-3PM DEC 9, 2017

An outage of Globus service is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 for scheduled upgrades from Globus. Active file transfers will be suspended during this time and they will resume when the Globus service is restored. Users trying to access the service at globus.org will see a maintenance page until the service is restored.

DOWNTIME 7AM-7PM 12/12/2017

** DOWNTIME EXTENDED TO 7 PM ** A downtime for all HPC systems is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2017. The downtime will affect the Oakley, Ruby and Owens Clusters, web portals, and HPC file servers. Login services, including my.osc.edu, and access to storage will not be available during this time. ROLLING REBOOT OF OWENS CLUSTER STARTING 8:30AM OCT 30

We will have a rolling reboot of Owens starting from 8:30AM on Monday, October 30 2017. This rolling reboot will address recent security vulnerabilities patched by RedHat. This rolling reboot won't affect any running jobs, but users may experience longer queue wait time than usual on the Owens cluster. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. ROLLING REBOOTS OF OAKLEY AND RUBY STARTING OCT 9

We will have rolling reboots of Oakley and Ruby clusters starting from 8:30AM on Monday October 9, 2017. A rolling reboot of Owens will be scheduled for a later date. These rolling reboots will address recent security vulnerabilities patched by RedHat. These rolling reboots won't affect any running jobs, but users may experience longer queue wait time than usual on the cluster. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
