ECom-Ohio today released its statewide and regional assessments of Ohio's readiness for electronic commerce. At the event, key leaders in government, education and industry unveiled action agendas designed to help Ohio lead in the coming e-commerce revolution. The action agendas require key industry, infrastructure and educational changes to be made at both the state and regional levels.

For the past 12 years, OSC (Ohio Supercomputer Center) has made a place for itself in the world of high performance networking and computing. This year will be no exception when OSC showcases recent projects at Supercomputing 2000 (SC2000), an annual week-long national supercomputing conference. SC2000 will be held at the Dallas Convention Center in Texas on November 4-10. |
On March 26, 1998, the Ohio Supercomputer Center, OhioLINK, and OSC Networking will sponsor a one-day conference on digital libraries. The session will enable representatives from Ohio's higher education institutions and industry to share ideas on digital library research and form working groups that could pursue opportunities for network experiments using the current infrastructure and possible funded research. Faculty, technical staff, and industry personnel with interests in digital libraries are expected to attend.

Abstract
Intergraph Corporation will present a Virtual Product Development Using Finite Element Analysis workshop on May 24, 1994, at the Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC), 1224 Kinnear Road, Columbus, Ohio. This presentation emphasizes the role of analysis in the design of a new product. It elaborates on the work flow during the evolution of design from "art to part" utilizing latest CAD-CAM Concurrent Engineering technology.
