Storage Service Interruption

This is resolved. If you do not see the Project or Scratch filesystems in your filebrowser in OnDemand, use the "Restart Web Server" option in the help menu in the upper right.


We are currently experiencing an outage affecting the scratch and possibly the project storage system. Our team is investigating the issue and working to restore service as quickly as possible.

We will provide an update once more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

Slurm database repair on 01/25/2024

We have scheduled a Slurm database repair, which is planned to start at 8:30 am US/Eastern on Thursday, January 25, 2024. During the repair, Slurm database will be offline; running jobs and OnDemand jobs will not be affected; any jobs using the '--clusters/-M' flag will receive errors; commands including sacct will be unavailable.  

The anticipated duration of the outage is expected to be up to 2 hours.
