Email Issues

OSU is having ongoing periodic problems with Microsoft (their mail hosting provider) severely delaying outbound email. There is no solution being offered and no timeline for getting it resolved.

Group membership discrepancies

Group changes may not always propagate through to our HPC Systems, although they show in the Client Portal (my.osc.edu). 

Issue: if you are added to a project that is still in a REQUESTED state, the group change will not propagate through once the project is ACTIVE.

If you feel you should have access to a group but it is not valid on HPC Systems, please contact OSC Help
