This is resolved. If you do not see the Project or Scratch filesystems in your filebrowser in OnDemand, use the "Restart Web Server" option in the help menu in the upper right.
We are currently experiencing an outage affecting the scratch and possibly the project storage system. Our team is investigating the issue and working to restore service as quickly as possible.
We will provide an update once more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
