OnDemand Shell App Not Working in Firefox 148

We are aware of an issue where the OnDemand Shell app is not functioning in Firefox 148.

GSL 2.7.1 is now available on Cardinal via module load gcc/12.3.0 or intel/2021.10.0 and module load gsl/2.7.1.
