Reached your pull rate limit while pull from Docker hub

You might encounter an error when pulling from Docker hub:

ERROR: toomanyrequests: Too Many Requests.

or

You have reached your pull rate limit. You may increase the limit by authenticating and upgrading: https://www.docker.com/increase-rate-limits.

Beginning on November 20, 2020, Docker hub introduced rate limits on anonymous and free authenticated pull requests. Anonymous users are limited to 100 pulls per 6 hours, and authenticated free users are limited to 200 pulls per 6 hours. Rate limits for anonymous users are enforced based on IP address. Because all computing nodes at OSC share the same public IP, anonymous pull limits are shared among all OSC users when they are not authenticated.
