issues accessing /fs/ess/ locations

ondemand.osc.edu is no longer degraded, and access to /fs/ess/ should be healthy again. OSC staff are still working to ensure no more issues arise and we will provide another update after the known issue is completely resolved Please contact oschelp@osc.edu if you experience any problems.
