Bolstered by State Grants, Platform Lab Begins Scheduling Ohio Businesses

Columbus, OH - June 6, 2001 - Ohio businesses facing the challenges of keeping pace with constantly changing technology will soon have a solution. With the financial support of the Ohio Technology Action Fund and other organizations, Platform Lab, a software testing and development facility, has announced that advanced scheduling is available to organizations and businesses.

Scientific's Linda¨ and Paradise¨ Now Available for Platform Lab Clients

New Haven, CT, June 28, 2002: Scientific Computing Associates (SCIENTIFIC), experts in parallel and distributed computing with more than 21 years of experience, today announced that SCIENTIFIC's Linda® and Paradise®, a unique programming tool suite, is now available for use at Platform Lab. Platform Lab is a joint project of OSC (Ohio Supercomputer Center) and the Business Technology Center.

Audio Version of Greater Columbus Free-Net User's Guide Now Available

Columbus, Ohio -- May 30, 1996 -- An audio version of the Greater Columbus Free-Net User's Guide is now distributed through the Central Ohio Radio Reading Service, Inc. (CORRS). The User's Guide audio version is a set of six audio cassette tapes and is a collaborative effort of The Ohio State University, the Greater Columbus Free-Net, and CORRS.
