Versions

The following versions of PyMOL are available on OSC clusters:

Ascend

ComfyUI is an open-source inference server and web frontend for generative AI models, with a focus on image, video and audio generation.  Its node-based workflow offers highly flexible routing and model composition for complex generation pipelines.

The Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) provides access to a wide array of libraries, packages, and applications, many of which are available through the OSC OnDemand platform. For more information about OnDemand, including how to access and use it, visit the OSC OnDemand page.

Cardinal

OpenAI Python is the package used by python to access OpenAI's Ai models. OpenAI python provides support for OpenAI's REST API, It also provides synchronous and asynchronous sessions clients.

Availability and Restrictions

OpenAI python is currently available on the following clusters.

vLLM is an open-source inference server for large language models (LLMs).

Ascend, Cardinal, Pitzer

It is now possible to run Docker and Apptainer/Singularity containers on all clusters at OSC. Single-node jobs are currently supported, including GPU jobs; MPI jobs are planned for the future.

MLflow is a tool for managing the training and deployment of machine learning models.
