The Jupyter+Spark app now allows you to choose the Python version. You can specify a Python version that matches the one used in your Conda environment. This ensures compatibility when setting up the Spark cluster and helps prevent issues related to Python version mismatches.

Desmond 2024-4 has been installed on Cardinal and Ascend. Note that the vendor has changed their version syntax from a dot to a dash, but we have kept the dot syntax for our modules. These are GPU enabled installations. Usage is via the module desmond/2024.4.
